• When booking, please make sure to read my Policies and Terms, these can also be found on my Instagram Highlights along with any updates via my stories.
• Booking Fees and Cancellation Polices are to be read and agreed to prior to booking.
Its at your own discretion to have read these when confirming your app, these need to be accepted by yourself only.
• Deposits are NON refundable.
• They are also NON transferable ;Unless a minimum of 5 days notice is given which you then can manage your app yourself online ONCE ONLY, its up to you to do this in the given time frame, if you do not do this on your own accord you will loose deposit / payment and need to reBook.
• Any last minute cancellations under the notice period will be requested full payment.
• Also payments in Full at the time of Booking are at your own Choice, anyone Cancelling, cant Attend, no Show will result in loosing the amount paid.
• If you have any Allergies or Concerns i need to know about prior to your App, please let me know by leaving a message in the Notes section.
• GIFT VOUCHERS; if you have a voucher, please DONT book in using booking system, Message me directly to arrange so i can pop you in, As you will be charged a non refundable deposit.
(Vouchers have 6 months expiry from the date of purchasing & can’t be used in the month of December, Bank holidays)
• If there is any further issues, that can't be resolved on the Booking system, please do not hesitate to contact me via Email or Instagram.

Please NOTE; WEDDING Makeup has a different price structure, MOBILE wedding appointments must have a Minimum of 6 people & all MUST NOT be booked via this System, they need to be Booked Via Email or Instagram.
